LAPLACE – U.S. Rep. Bill Cassidy will host a town hall

meeting on Monday, March 24, at the St. Charles Parish East Regional Library, 160 W. Campus Drive in Destrehan.  

The meeting will start at 11:30 a.m. and end at 12:30 p.m.

Cassidy will discuss the Grimm-Cassidy amended version of the Homeowner Flood Insurance Affordability Act, which he wrote and passed through Congress. He will talk about how this will benefit Louisiana, as well as address constituents’ concerns about flood insurance reform. The
