Recently, Thibodaux Regional Medical Center held a groundbreaking for its new Wellness Center. This innovative facility will be dedicated not only to education and physical fitness but also orthopedics and sports medicine. Additionally, it will house a spine center, imagining center and a women’s breast health center. It will also house a neurosciences center, a rehabilitation center, a center for weight management, a pain center, a center for wellness education and an urgent care center. It will be the first of its kind in the state.
