Girl Scout troops will be adding “bling” to their booths and delivery wagons this year in hopes of enticing more customers and winning a prize in a council-sponsored contest.  Shown here is last year’s first place wagon winner, Girl Scout Daisy Victoria Hanke from Avondale.
