Two road construction projects may impact traffic next week.

Interstate 10 ramp closures will affect both eastbound and westbound traffic at exit 206 in LaPlace.

Exit and entrance ramps will be closed from 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 5 until 4 a.m. on the morning of Thursday, Feb. 6 and again on Feb. 6 from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 7 for movie filming.

Additionally, roadwork will continue on Airline Highway and Belle Terre Boulevard in LaPlace.

Alternating northbound and southbound right lane closures will continue until Friday, Feb. 28 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for roadway widening and construction.

One lane in each direction will be open at all times. Reduced speed limits will be posted. Motorists may experience a 15-minute delay.
