St. Charles Catholic High School crowns 2013 Homecoming Queen

St. Charles Catholic High School students and alumni recently celebrated homecoming. The celebration included a motorcade featuring the homecoming court wearing suits in shiny convertibles, followed by the crowning of the homecoming queen at halftime. The SCC Homecoming Court members were voted on by their peers.  

The SCC Homecoming Court and Alumni Escorts included eighth-grader Jade Brady escorted by Jamie Brady, class of 1986. Freshmen representatives included Angelina Ola escorted by James Cupit, class of 2000, and Shelbi St. Pierre escorted by Kyle Olasin, class of 2006. Sophomore representatives Alyssa Arceneaux was escorted by Adam Arceneaux, class of 2004, and Ariel Landry was escorted by Steven Bordelon, class of 2006. Junior representatives included Raykael Morris, escorted by Andy Cupit, class of 1998, and Heather Roussel escorted by Adam Ratliff, class of 2008.  

There were a total of six senior members of the 2013 Homecoming Court. All of the senior members were escorted by Alumni from the class of 1983.  The class of 1983 celebrated their 30-year reunion alongside SCC’s homecoming festivities. The senior court members and their escorts included Allison Arcuri escorted by Greg Stein; Ani Boudreaux escorted Virgil Rayneri; Raelynn Cambre escorted by Stephen Chapman; Jessica Celestin escorted by Tony Pastor; Jordan Davis escorted by Steve Trichell; and Tia Giles escorted by Troy Tassin.

Senior Allison Arcuri, daughter of Stephen Arcuri and Jeanette Prisco, was crowned St. Charles Catholic’s Homecoming Queen. Arcuri is currently the captain of the cheerleading team. She is also an active member of the Student Council and National Honor Society, Beta Club, Retreat Team and Science Club. Senior Ani Boudreaux, daughter of Barton and Teresa Boudreaux, was named as the Maid of Honor.
