Louisiana’s arts conservatory New Orleans Center for Creative Arts or NOCCA shared the news that current Classical Instrumental student Hoyt Parquet, Trombone, NOCCA Instructor Matthew Wright, 11th grade-Destrehan High, Destrehan, recently was recognized in the Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra Young Artists’ Concerto Competition.
