With Thanksgiving less than one month away, L’Observateur is once again gearing up for one of its most popular publications of the year, the annual Holiday Cookbook.
And that means it is time for the local community to show what good cooking is by sending us your favorite holiday recipes. Recipes of all types — appetizers, soups, salads, entrees or desserts — are all welcome. Just email your favorites to lobnews@bellsouth.net.
Although electronic submission is preferred, we will accept hard copies delivered or mailed to our office at 116 Newspaper Dr., LaPlace LA 70068.
Please include your name and town of residence with all submissions. Recipes must be received by 5 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 7.
