LAPLACE – The Andouille Festival returned to LaPlace this weekend, filling Highway 51 Park with rides, games, music, arts and crafts and, of course, food.
Some new events joined the usual favorites this year, including live cooking demonstrations, an andouille eating contest and an on-site gumbo cook off.
