DHS lessons on leadership

Several Destrehan High School students were selected to participate in the LYS summer leadership program at LSU. Student Council members Emily Weber, Courtney Parker, Kristen Yent, Matt Chauvin and Landon Zeringue represented Destrehan High School as they learned about the importance of leadership in the context of governmental affairs. Chauvin, a senior, was elected Tory Party President and was honored to be the LYS president runner-up.
