2 former St. Charles deputies arrested

KENNER – Two former St. Charles Parish deputies surrendered themselves to officlals at the Kenner Police Department on Monday, after allegedly misusing departmental gas cards.
Gregory Cali, 38, of 721 Maryland Ave. in Metairie, and Kenny Guidry, 33, of 15 Grigio Loop in LaPlace, surrendered themselves at the Kenner Police Department. They were both charged with malfeasance in office, theft and access device fraud.
Cali and Guidry were arrested after the St. Charles Sheriff’s Office discovered irregularities during an audit of its departmental gas cards.
According to reports, the former St. Charles Parish  deputies had utilized departmental gas cards to fuel their personal vehicles at a service station in Kenner.
