Students from the River Parishes enjoy the fine arts

Students from St. Charles and St. John parishes are currently enrolled in NOCCA’s Academic Studio, full-day arts and academics high school instruction.
 NOCCA invites potential students to an upcoming Open Studio on Saturday, Oct. 5, 10 a.m.-1 p.m. if they are interested in learning more on how to audition and apply to NOCCA, Louisiana’s arts conservatory for high school students.
 The local students are:
• Gabrielle House, resident of LaPlace, NOCCA arts specialty Dance
• Mary Francis Candies, resident of Des Allemands, NOCCA arts specialty Drama
• Kevin Gullage, resident of Luling, NOCCA arts specialty Jazz Instrumental Music
• Lindsey Rhodes, resident of Destrehan, NOCCA arts specialty Visual Arts
• Gabrielle Cantelli, resident of Luling, NOCCA arts specialty Visual Arts
• Mignon Mauduit, resident of Luling, NOCCA arts specialty Visual Arts
• Hunter Gierhart, resident of Destrehan, NOCCA arts specialty Classical Instrumental Music
• Charis Gullage, resident of Luling, NOCCA arts specialty Musical Theatre
