Carroll L. Guillot, 73, was born Nov. 4, 1940, and passed away Sunday, Sept. 29, 2013.  He was a native of Norco and a resident of Reserve.  
He is survived by his wife, Nancy Montz Guillot; children: Toby (Ellie) and Harry (Tia) Guillot; his siblings: Mary Ann, Lois, Yulone, Jeanne, Emile and Gary; grandchildren: Chelsie, Smoke, Savan-nah, Dain, Carson and Maci; great-grandchildren: Pyper Lynn and Paisley Ann; and his in-laws: Sally Anne Montz, Harry Joseph Montz Jr., Norma Jean Montz Prima, and Theresa Montz McCarthy.  
He was preceded in death by his parents: Ulysse Guillot Jr., and Cecile Cambre Guillot, and a brother, Bryan Guillot.  
He was a wonderful husband for 49 years and a great father and grandfather. He retired from Delta Beverages after 35 years of service. His passion was shrimping and fishing.
Visitation will be on Thursday Oct. 3, 2013, from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m., followed by a memorial Mass at St. Peter Catholic Church in Reserve. Burial will be at a later date.
