LAPLACE – Ormond Boulevard and the north and southbound turn lanes on Airline Highway in LaPlace are now open. HHP Construction has completed the necessary repair work and concrete panel replacements at the intersection of Ormond and Airline Highway. Normal traffic flow is now in place.
