Dale John “Bubba” Boudreaux, 72, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family on Thursday, Aug. 29, 2013, at 10:45 a.m. at Ochsner Medical Center. He was a lifelong resident of Reserve.
He was the son of the late Noah P. “Preacher” Boudreaux and Emma Ory Boudreaux.
Dale proudly served in the U.S. Army.
He retired from Du-
pont after 35 years of service.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Kathleen “Coleen” Duhe Boud-reaux, his son Kyle (Terri), daughters Stacey (Rick) Bailey, Michelle Boudreaux and Bonny (Kirt)
Jacob, grandchildren Kristen, Katie and Noah Bailey, Taylor and Tamara Marchetta, Kaitlyn and Tyler Boudreaux and Payton, Jessica and Kirt III Jacob.
He was the brother of Paul (Danielle) Boudreaux, Gail (W.H.) Castay, Iris (the late Calvin) Rousse, Mary (the late Charles) Duhe, the late Donald (Aimee) Boudreaux, Noah “Buddy” (Eula) Boudreaux Jr., Ory (Bobbie) Boudreaux, Beverly (D.J. Jr.) Keller, Barbara (Dayton) Braud and Catherine Boudreaux, brother-in-law of Grace and Dean Perniciaro, Gerald and Dianne Duhe and Ray and the late Joyce Duhe Keller.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2013, at St. Peter Catholic Church in Reserve from 9 a.m. to 11:45 a.m., followed by Mass at noon. Burial will follow in St. Peter Cemetery.
