LAPLACE -– The St. John the Baptist Parish Sheriff’s Office arrested two LaPlace men on Monday in connection with last week’s murder of Johnathan Toussaint.
Jaleel Riley, 18, of Michael Court, was arrested and booked with first degree murder and simple burglary of an immovable structure.Noron Spain, 17, of Lenzie Drive, was arrested and booked with accessory after the fact to murder and simple burglary of an immovable structure. No bond was set for either suspect.
Detectives also booked a 16-year-old from LaPlace with first degree murder in connection with the crime.
