River Parishes Hospital announced its monthly art winners for the month of March. They are Jaiya Lumar, a student at Gram-ercy Elementary School; and Madison Becnel; a student at Gramercy Elementary Magnet School. Each student was awarded a blue ribbon, a $20 deposit certificate and other treats compliments of River Parishes Hospital and the Louisiana Federal Credit Union.
The Young At Art Program is a class project for grades pre-kindergarten through sixth and is open to schools in the River Parishes area. It is a free community program, compliments of River Parishes Hospital and the Louisiana Federal Credit Union. Classes are displayed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
