The 2013 Christian Youth Leadership Award winners are Lacey Lombardo and Philip M. Lewis. They will represent the Council at the next level of competition. The CYLA is based on spiritual activity, scholastic achievement, civic-community/cultural organizations, athletic activity and social activity.
