River Parishes resident tapped to lead local real estate expansion

LAPLACE – Re/Max Commercial Brokers Inc. announced last week that it hired Ginger Guidry, a resident of the River Parishes, to lead the expansion of the company’s commercial property management division as the as vice president of property management and business development.
Guidry was born and raised in Reserve and joins the company with more than 15 years of real estate experience. She is the property manager for both in-house properties as well as third-party properties including Property Management, Asset Management, Construction Management and New Business Development. Her proactive approach to property management, team development, risk management, tenant relations and retention, budgeting and rent collection has played an imperative roll in her success. Guidry has most recently managed the 2009 development and opening of the 850,000 square foot Hammond Square Mall and lifestyle center, as well as Touro Infirmary.
Guidry is a licensed Louisiana real estate broker. Her affiliations include: the Institute of Real Estate Management, New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors, Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtor, Commercial Investment Division and International Council of Shopping Centers.
