Shannon Poche was born May 25, 1969, and passed away peacefully at her home on Jan. 24, 2013. She was a native and resident of Gramercy.  
She is survived by her brother, Raymond Poche Jr., and his wife, Ginger D. Poche, niece, Sydney Poche, and nephews, Philip Poche and Ruston Poche.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Irene Lousteau Poche and Raymond “Ray” Poche Sr., and her grandparents, Bertha Rome Lousteau and Lee J. Lousteau.
Visitation will be held Saturday, Jan. 26, 2013, from 9:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Gramercy, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 1 p.m.  Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery in Paulina. In lieu of flowers and plants, the family requests donations be made to Sacred Heart Church, 616 E. Main St., Gramercy. Rose Lynn Funeral Services of Lutcher is in charge of the arrangements.
