Jane Albrecht Monk, 57, passed away Friday, Dec. 14, 2012.

She was the beloved mother of Randle Monk Jr. and Rosealyn Monk, daughter of Dr. Robert C. Albrecht and Fay Johnston Albrecht, sister of Clay and Gary Albrecht, Cindy Albrecht and the late Robert Albrecht Jr.

She was a native of New Orleans and a resident of LaPlace.

Visitation and services were held at Millet-Guidry Funeral Home of LaPlace on Tuesday, Dec. 18, 2012. Burial followed in Westlawn Cemetery in Gretna.
