St. John Parish 4-H members attended Challenge Camp at Tickfaw State Park, located in Springfield. Challenge Camp gave the 4-H’ers unique camping experiences which lead them through team-building activities, decision making, conflict resolution and exhilarating games, while in the great outdoors.

The purpose of 4-H Challenge Camp is to challenge seventh– and eighth–graders to set high personal goals as a result of activities designed to develop: a positive self-concept, interpersonal relationship skills, communication skills and decision making skills.
