This year St. Joan of Arc School combined its Grandparents’ Day and Octoberfest into one celebration. As in the past grandparents were invited to participate in a prayer service, visit their grandchildren’s classrooms and share lunch; however, this year they were also invited to accompany their grandchildren as they enjoyed the activities of Octoberfest.

Representatives from Egan Home Health, River Parishes Hospital, Air Products Reserve and Pelican Pediatrics participated in the trick or treating.

Other sponsors were Diversified Well Logging, STAT Home Health, Klibert Investments, Sems, Gary Smith, Wal-Mart and Matherne’s.
