Robert J. “Bobby” Landry, 78, passed away at 7:10 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 18,2012.

He was the beloved husband of Irma Guedry LeBlanc Landry, father of the late Robert Landry Jr., stepfather of Terry LeBlanc, son of the late Clifford and Marcelle Montz Landry and brother of Roy Landry, Leatrice Luminais, Mary Gay Catoire, Sylvia Simoneaux, Sybil Montegut, Irene Moore and the late Clifford “C.F.” Jr., Ronnie, Mickey and Richard Landry.

He was an Army veteran of the Korean Conflict and a self-employed painter. He was a native and resident of Reserve.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend services. Visitation will be held at Millet-Guidry Funeral Home, 2806 W. Airline Highway in LaPlace on Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2012, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and on Wednesday, Nov. 21, from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., followed by Mass at St. Peter Catholic Church in Reserve at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in St. Peter Cemetery.
