Elegance of Perfection Arrangements, owned by Ashaunta Gross Washington, opened its doors to the public on Sept. 29 at 1956 W. Main St., Lutcher, with a ribbon cutting ceremony hosted by the Mayor of Lutcher Rowdy Scott and Ken Brass councilman of St. James Parish’s Sixth District.
