St. Charles Parish Public Works sign crews finished installing a replacement historical marker sign along River Road in New Sarpy commemorating the “second German Coast” on the East Bank. The installation is the latest of three historical markers recently refurbished by the parish, including ‘Des Allemands’ in Killona and ‘Fashion Plantation’ in Hahnville.
