Deanna Borne Fleming died Friday, Sept. 28, 2012, in Jamaica, N.Y.

She was the daughter of the late Joseph A. Borne and Vivian Bossier Borne, wife of Leroy A. Fleming, mother of Generro A. Fleming Sr. (Katy-Ann) and Ny-Kema Fleming Green (Candle), grandmother of Robert Ellis Green III, Vanessa Marie Green and Generro A. Fleming Jr. and sister of Norma B. Perry, Joseph A. Barnes (Olga) Mary Shepherd (Wendell), Lucille B. Brice, Adrienne Borne, Rosanna Borne (Alfred), Madeline B. Lumar (Whitney), the late Augustine B. Bolden, Agnes B. Champagne and Lottie B. Wilson. She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Relatives and friends of the family and priests and parishioners of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the funeral Mass at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 2349 Louisiana Highway 18, Edgard, on Wednesday, Oct. 10, 2012, at 11 a.m. Fr. Robustiano Morgia will serve as celebrant. Visitation will be held at the above-named church from 9 a.m. until Mass time. Recitation of the Rosary will be at 10 a.m.
