The St. Charles Parish Community Education Department has extended the registration deadline for classes to Sept. 5.

The classes offered present a variety of opportunities, such as painting, working in the television and film industry, making jewelry, baking, dancing, writing and many more. There are a variety of classes for children as well. This fall, more than 170 classes are being offered.
