Henry A. Triche, 88, passed away Sunday, May 27, 2012.

He was the beloved husband of Gloria Mabile Triche for 62 years, father of Mark Triche (Robin Hanna) of Baltimore, Ronald Triche (Judy Mulkey) of LaPlace and Dickey Triche of Houston and grandfather of Marcy, Rhett, Robert and Ryan Triche. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.

He was a veteran of World War II and a member of the VFW and American Legion. He was employed at Godchaux Sugar Refinery for 42 years and Walmart.

He was the son of the late Alcee and Eva Webre Triche, brother of Larry, Lawrence and the late Alvin, Paul and Roland Triche.

He was a native and resident of Reserve.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend services. Visitation will be held at St. Peter Catholic Church in Reserve on Wednesday May 30, 2012, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., followed by Mass at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in St. Peter Cemetery. Arrangements are by Millet-Guidry Funeral Home of LaPlace. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Southeast Louisiana War Veterans Home or Serenity Hospice are preferred.
