The Saints Board of Realtors recently held their annual Awards Gala at the Ormond Plantation. The theme was “Celebrating Along the River.” The professional realtor organization consists of agents from St. Charles, St. James and St. John parishes.  

After the invocation by realtor Ryan Deroche and Pledge of Allegiance led by realtor Regina Allemand, a beautiful sit down dinner was served.

Recognized were the 2011 SBR Officers President Eliza Eugene, President-Elect Angelle Songy, Secretary Amy Trosclair, Treasurers Regina Allemand and Byron Bellew, Past President and Local Directors Malcolm Falgoust, Kenneth Hopkins, Janina Kinler-Bellew, Teresa O’Neil, Judy Songy and Lucille Sorapuru.

The 2011 President Eliza Eugene presented the awards.  

Bronze “Fleur-De-Lis” Certificates were presented to Marilyn Bonomo, Pamela Haidle, Michelle Schubert-Brady and Tracy Sorapuru of Gardner Realtors and Danielle Dowdy Bunch and Tessa Dempster of Keller Williams and Natasha Ross of Premiere Choice.   

Silver “Fleur-De-Lis” Awards were bestowed to Barbara Blue, Victoria Hatfield, Maye Landry, Teresa O’Neil, and Linda Rhodes of Gardner Realtors and Jenny Lendle of Keller Williams.

Gold “Fleur-De-Lis” Awards were presented to Gregory Bunch and Malcolm Falgoust of Keller Williams, Alicia Delsilvey of C-21 Judy Songy and Jan Garcia and Vickie Mancina of Gardner Realtors.

Super Gold “Fleur-De-Lis” Awards were bestowed on Regina Allemand and Kim Catalano of Gardner Realtors.

Platinum “Fleur-De-Lis” Awards were presented to Janina Kinler-Bellew of Keller Williams and Betty Dufrene of Gardner Realtors.

SBR, added a New Life Member for 2011, Gregory Bunch of Keller Williams. This honor is given to realtors who have produced one million dollars of real estate a year for five years.

The Rookie of the Year is awarded to the newly licensed realtor who had the largest gross closed commissions during his/her first 12 months of production. The 2011 SBR Rookie of the Year was awarded to Danielle Bunch of Keller Williams.

The Residential “Emerald” Award is presented to the Realtor who has produced the most gross closed commissions in the rental of residential property in 2011 which was awarded to Regina Allemand of Gardner Realtors.  

Awarded to the Realtor who had the greatest dollar volume of residential listing and sales for 2011 is the Residential “Sapphire” Award. This honor was awarded to Betty Dufrene of Gardner Realtors.

The Residential “Ruby” Award is awarded to the Realtor who had the greatest number of residential listing and sales units in 2011. Regina Allemand of Gardner Realtors was the recipient.  

The 2011 Residential “Diamond” Award honoree was Janina Kinler-Bellew.  This award is to the Realtor who produced the largest gross closed commission volume of

residential sales and listings in

2011.

The 2009 and 2010 Realtors of the Year Byron and Janina Kinler-Bellew presented the 2011 Realtor of the Year “Saints Award.” This award is not based on production and one is nominated by their peers. It is given in recognition of devoted and valuable service to ones fellow realtors, their board and their community. The 2011 award went to Regina Allemand.
