Ethan Headings, a fifth-grader at St. Charles Borromeo School in Destrehan, won the school-level competition of the National Geographic Bee. As the local winner, he qualified to take a written test, and up to 100 of the top scorers will be eligible to compete in the Louisiana Geographic Bee in April.
