LaPlace – Firemen from the LaPlace Fire Department visited Wee Care Center recently. The 3- and 4-year-olds learned about fire safety, including what to do in the event of a fire at their home and how to “Stop, Drop and Roll.” Following the presentation, the students were able to explore the fire trucks and try on the fireman’s gear.
