East St. John Elementary students participated in the school’s collection of care baskets to give to elderly residents at the Twin Oaks Nursing Home and Mason Oak Assisted Living residence. The students delivered the baskets and sang Christmas carols to the residents of both facilities. This outreach provided the students with an opportunity to show concern and compassion for others in their community during the holiday season.
