Rai “Rai-Rai” Lousteau, 73, passed away Thursday, Jan. 5, 2012, at her residence. A native of Bay St. Louis, Miss., and has lived in Norco for the past 50 years.

She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Gordon J. Lousteau, four sons, Kenneth N. Lovetro Jr., William Franklin Lovetro, Lane Lewis Lousteau (Kimberly) and Dominique C. Lousteau II (Mickele), two sisters, Geraldine Markham (Harold) and Billie Lynn Cahill (the late Richard), five grandchildren, Dominique “Chochy” Lousteau III, Garrett Scott Lousteau, Michael Paul Lousteau, Lilly Grace Lousteau and Lane Lewis Lousteau Jr. and special friends Deanna Weber, Claire Smith, Sylvia Lambert and many others.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Franklin Emile “Bill” Witter and Valmae Cecile Manieri.

She was well known for her talents of needlework, painting, ceramics and antiques.
