Hibachi Supreme Buffet recently opened its doors at 1721 W. Airline in LaPlace. It offers an all you can eat buffet with a wide array of dishes, including oriental favorites, sushi and a hibachi grill, as well as seafood choices such as shrimp, crab and crawfish.
