Francisco Medina Jr., 81, passed away Saturday, Dec. 10, 2011, at St. Charles Parish Hospital. He was a retired from St. Charles Parish Recreation.

He was the beloved husband of the late Dolores Marie Baudoin Medina, father of Jessie Medina, the late Manuel A. Medina (Gena), Christopher Medina and daughter, Glenda Walton, grandfather of Melissa and Angie Walton, Manuel II and Kristen Medina and Alexia Truxillo, great-grandfather of Jaiden Georgeff and Gabrielle Bush and brother of Joseph Valentine Medina, Margarita Medina Mendez, Juanita Medina Hymel, Carolina Medina Durapau and the late Pueblito “Lee” Medina, the late Raphael “Pee-Wee” Medina and the late Manuel Medina.

Visitation and services were held Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2011, at Alexander Funeral Home in Norco. Burial followed at St. Charles Cemetery in Luling.
