ESJH students attend fall conference

reserve – Thirty-one East St. John High School Health Occupation Students of America students attended the HOSA Fall Conference on mid-October in Carencro. In addition to participating in health educational forums and attending sessions pertaining to health sciences, East Saint John High School senior Megan Smith was recognized with the HOSA Outstanding Creative Award. She received a trophy and her pin design will be used by Louisiana HOSA organization during state and national conventions. The trophy will remain at ESJH for one year until next year’s fall conference. East St. John High School’s HOSA advisors are RN Chanel Zeno and RN BSN Martha Hymel.
