L’Observateur is again seeking recipe submissions from the River Parishes community to be included in the newspaper’s annual holiday cookbook.

All recipes intended for consideration must be submitted to the newspaper office no later than 5 p.m. on Oct. 31.

Electronic submissions via email, at lobnews@bellsouth.net, are preferred, but hard copies of recipes may also be dropped off at the newspaper office, located at 116 Newspaper Drive, LaPlace.

The cookbook will be published Nov. 19.
