Frank Joseph Tarantino passed away Saturday, Sept. 10, 2011.

He was the beloved husband of Antoinette “Toni” Tarantino, son of the late Frank Peter Tarantino and Margaret Formusa Tarantino, father of Frank Peter Tarantino, stepfather of Stanley J. Farragut III, brother of the late Joyce T. Wood and Gloria T. Cone and uncle of Dennis Wood (Barbara), Timothy Cone (Lisa), Kenneth Cone, Darlene DiMaggio (Bennie), Dawn Grass (George), Debbie Ohlsen (Bobby) and Donald Wood (Kathy). He is also survived by great nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral service at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd., on Wednesday, Sept. 14, 2011, at 2 p.m. Interment will follow in All Saints Mausoleum.
