LAPLACE — A collection of St. John Parish officilals, firefighters, Sheriff’s deeputies and servicemen joined with residents Sunday afternoon for a rememberance ceremony to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks on New York, Washington, D.C., and Pennsylvania. The ceremony was organized by the St. John thre Baptist Parish Young Marines.
