Paul G. Pfister Sr. of LaPlace passed away Wednesday, Sept. 7, 2011, at 1:45 a.m.

He was the beloved husband of the late Joanne Heer Pfister, father of Paul Jr., William Sr. and Mark Pfister, Smokey Stover and the late Marvin Pfister, son of the late William J. Pfister and Lillian Vicknair Pfister, grandfather of Jessica, Jolyne, Ashley, Jeremy and William Pfister Jr., great-grandfather of Emma and Elliott and brother of Leroy, James, Jimmy and Roland Pfister.

Paul was a loving husband and father. He will be sadly missed.

Visitation and services were held Friday, Sept. 9, 2011, at H.C. Alexander Funeral Home in Norco. Interment followed in Oak Lane Memorial Park in Prairieville. Condolences may be offered at www. hcalexanderfuneralhome.com.
