Leatrice Cavalier Vicknair, 80, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 31, 2011.

She was the beloved wife of Earl “BooBoo” Vicknair, mother of Melanie Vicknair, Kristen Preucil and Sonya Lulich and grandmother of Britt Kennedy Jr., Dustin Kennedy, John Lulich III and Jayne Preucil. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.

She was the daughter of the late Edward and Lilly Cavalier, sister of Marion Fremin, Joyce Clement and the late Curtis, Shirley and Wilbert Cavalier.

She is a native and resident of Reserve.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend service. Visitation will be held at St. Peter Catholic Church in Reserve on Saturday, Sept. 3, 2011, from 8 a.m. until 10 a.m., followed by a Mass at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in St. Peter Cemetery in Reserve. Arrangements are by Millet-Guidry Funeral Home of LaPlace.
