NOROC – The 12th annual Parish of Plenty Pageant was held on Saturday, Aug. 6, at the Knights of Columbus Home in Norco. The Parish of Plenty Pageant is a fundraiser for the St. Charles Parish Festival Pageant Scholarships that are given out to the Miss and Teen Queens. All Queens were presented on stage during the 53rd annual St. Charles Parish Festival Pageant at Destrehan High School.
