Rickie George Jacob, 58, passed away on Sunday, July 31, 2011.

He was the beloved father of Tara Jacob Smith and Cory Jacob. He is also survived by three granddaughters.

He was the son of Lois Simon Jacob and the late Jean Jacob, brother of Janel Jacob Masson and Bruce and Barry Jacob and the beloved fiancé of Donna Mayeaux. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, great-nieces and nephews and numerous close loving friends.

He was a native and resident of Reserve.

Visitation and services were held at Millet-Guidry Funeral Home in LaPlace on Friday, Aug. 5, 2011. Burial followed in St. Peter Cemetery in Reserve.
