LAPLACE – The LaPlace Elementary School 2010-11 Tigerettes recently held its eighth annual Awards Banquet. The LES Tigerettes perform throughout the year at football and basketball games and festivals and parades throughout the River Parishes, as well as performances at the New Orleans Christmas in the Oaks and New Orleans Voodoo Football pre-game entertainment. The Tigerettes are under the direction of Donna Duplessis. The following awards were given out:
