The sixth annual veterans luncheon was held at the Louisiana Guard Readiness Center in Reserve last week. Parish President Natalie Robottom and the St. John Parish Council hosted the event, and more than 350 veterans, wives and guests enjoyed good food and music as they celebrated the country’s 235th birthday.
