Go to your nearest dealer to find out what you should do.”

Enough about that. I want to see if I can get some interest in the community regarding wellness. I want to see if anyone is interested in meeting once a week at a designated spot in the parish to walk, run, do a mini boot camp and train with a few firefighters. Call me or email me so I can get a feel for the interest.

I am thinking we could meet around 7 p.m. once per week, or we could meet earlier on a weekend.

I am hoping to get enough people so that we can do a variety of things. Please give me a call, and let me know.

Remember it is starting to get hot outside. Make sure you hydrate yourself and your children.

Have a safe and fun summer.
