St. John Parish Young Marine Pvt. Noah Hoover stands at attention and salutes a grave at St. John Memorial Gardens Friday as part of a Memorial Day activity. The Young Marines spent Friday morning with VFW post 3327 placing flags on the tombs and graves of veterans. The group placed more than 100 flags throughout the cemetery.
