Mary Lou Fontenot Bardwell, 82, passed away Tuesday, May 24, 2011.

She was the beloved mother of Chris Bardwell (Beverly) and the late Michael Bardwell (Delores) and David Bardwell (Wanda). She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was the sister of Mary Ella Aucoin.

She was a native of Ville Platte and a resident of LaPlace.

Visitation and services were held at Millet-Guidry Funeral Home in LaPlace on Thursday, May 26, 2011. Burial followed in the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Metairie.
