Over $2,000 was raised by the students of Lakewood Elementary to combat of juvenile diabetes and cystic fibrosis. The fundraiser was sponsored by Lakewood Elementary’s 4-H Club. Students, family and friends who donated participated in a mini-walk at the school in honor of those afflicted with these diseases.
