Cynthia Marie Kliebert, a special child, passed away Wednesday, April 6, 2011, at Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria. She was 54.

She was a native of Lutcher and had been a resident of Charlyn Nursing and Rehab Center in Winnsboro for the past two years. Prior to that, she was a resident of the Franklin Community Group Home in Winnsboro.

She is survived by a sister and brother-in-law, Kathleen K. and Joseph Canatella of Convent; three brothers and two sisters-in-law, J.B. and Carol Ory Kliebert of Convent, Clifford and Dawn Richard Kliebert of Lutcher and Ronald Kliebert of Baton Rouge. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Benoit and Armance Chenier Kliebert; sister-in-law, Patricia Accardo Kliebert; and a host of relatives.

Visitation and services were held at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Paulina on Friday, April 8. Entombment followed in St. Joseph Mausoleum. Condolences may be offered at www. hcalexanderfh.com. Arrangements were under the direction of H. C. Alexander Funeral Home of Lutcher.
